Good morning and welcome to Lewis. I hope your summer vacation’s been good to you. And hopefully we get a couple more glorious days before the start of school.

Today we’ll be covering some basic Mac how-to’s. Since I’m not sure how many people us the Mac OS regularly, I thought I quick overview is in order.

Next we’ll take a look at the iLife applications. Because of time we won’t go into them in depth, but I’ll show you the basics and where to get help.

Since a major goal of the grant is to have teachers and students collaborating via web tools I would like to spend the second part of our time setting you up with these tools. These include Jing, Skype and Google Docs.
