We are having another exciting week in Kindergarten! We were observing goldfish however, they didn’t live long. Then came guppies… same. This is not an easy thing to explain to 5 and 6 year olds. Fortunately, they aren’t asking about it too much.  We are reading Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. I have never had a class this into a chapter book. We will be watching the old version of the movie with Gene Wilder when we finish next week sometime. It is so wonderful  to hear the kids cheering, and laughing out loud as I read this book. It is such a joy! I am working on a plan with Ms. Vasquez to take our Buddie Classes to the park for a picnic sometime in the next few weeks. I will let you know the exact date when we have confirmed it. This Friday is our once a month Friday gym day. Remember to send your child in athletic shoes.
