Our plays will be happening soon. Help your child know his or her lines very well, and reserve the evening of November 20th! Tori and the students have been working hard and our excited for their presentation.
We continue to work on our health unit off “Steps to Respect”. We have been discussing finding and making friends, joining groups, and bullying and what it can look like. We’ve played a card game identifying the differences between face-to-face bullying and the harder to recognize behind-the-back bullying. The students are thoughtfully listening and participating in learning more about respecting others.
Our book review this month focuses on any type of fiction–realistic, science, historical, ect–that the child would like to read, and then writing a review/recommendation about the book. These are due on Dec. 4th.
