It is our turn for drama with Tori, and the students are very excited and enthusiastic. Scripts were handed out last week and Tori has asked that all parents read the pink flyer that went home, and return the bottom of the form to school. Also, if at all possible, parents, please read aloud the play with your child, and help him/her become very familiar with his/her lines. Make sure to save the evening of Nov. 20th for our presentation!
This week in math we are finishing up our work on spatial geometry. Please continue to help your child memorize the multiplication facts. While division seemed daunting two or three weeks ago, most everyone now has an idea of what division means and how to go about dividing things into groups. Our next unit will be locating points on a coordinate grid with ordered pairs of numbers. It is a fun one!
