The end of the year is fast approaching. I first want to congratulate all our young Lewis artists for another incredible art night. I especially want to recognize the wonderful young Lewis musicians for all their hard work and great performances. This Friday we’ll be having a Lewis Family Dance Night from 6:30 – 8:00 in the cafeteria. The event is a fundraiser for the 4th grade but is open to any and all who want to kick up their heels and dance the Virginia Reel and the Redwing. On Thursday, May 24th we will be having our annual Spring Concert featuring music from Recorder Club, Violin, Band, and The Boomin’ Beats. Please mark your calendars. And if you have a young musician at home in one of these groups encourage them in their daily practice.
