Observations of our mealworms continues to fascinate us.  We have learned to identify the body parts of insects and are using that information and book research to help us make scientific drawings of many different kinds of insects.  Next we are using our creative thinking to draw insects with chalk.  Blending chalk colors is a very new and different process.  Xavier was careful to make his grass two different shades of green, and Skyler blended orange and brown to make just the right color for his spider.  Yesterday was our last library visit.  About 10 children still have a library book at home.  Please help them to return the book by Friday, or contact Ms. Tori.
