Our class is continuing to investigate rocks.  There is much excitement watching the crystals grow.  This week we’ll use 3 sizes of metal screens sifting rocks for predicting, sorting and observing.It is with great sadness that Bill (a classroom friend from Ms. Amsbury’s Life Skills Class), passed away over the weekend.  Mr. Lauer and Mrs. Mills came in on Monday afternoon to tell the children,  and help them sort through their feelings.  Each child make a card that will be given to Bill’s family.  The children left on Monday with a letter to take home explaining this sad event.  Let us know if your child is having a hard time dealing with the news and if we can help in any way.  They had many questions.
