Last Friday your child brought home a new homework project: research and write a report about a modern explorer. Please help your child find appropriate materials for note taking this week. By next week your child should be writing their rough draft at home. This week we began Bike Safety class! Each afternoon from 12:30 to 1:30 we will be learning how to ride our bikes safely on the streets and practicing those skills. You may see us out riding around the neighborhood; we do need parents to go with us on Thursday, November 5th. Are you available? We will be on a two hour bike trip practicing what we have learned. Please help your child find time in their busy daily schedule to do their required reading homework; some of your children are complaining that their schedules don’t allow for time to complete reading homework. It is really important that your child practice their reading at home daily. Thanks again for your support!
