Students have formed two political parties and have written belief statements for their parties. Also we have written about the issues voters are faced with in this election. This week we will be planning our campaigns after we “choose” (and build) our candidates! Our “candidates” will be campaigning for votes from the other fifth grade, and an election will be held in the next two weeks. On Monday we met with our kindergarten buddies for the second time and made magnets. Our magnets will be sold at the holiday sale; we hope you will come shop!
