Congratulations to Michael Wehrli and all of our students for their fine performance of the adaptation of the children’s story- The Adventures of the Baily School Kids. This has been a two year drama residency. The students demonstrated greater confidence because of their previous drama experience.
The students have finished their narrative writing assignment. I will be scoring the writing according to the third grade standards. Later, I will share the results with you during the Parent/Teacher Conferences. If you have not signed-up for a conference time, I will assign you a slot. I have started providing background for the next writing paper, which will be a character analysis. While reading with your child, you can help by highlighting the personality traits of the main character.
