On Monday I spoke to the students about the importance of Quality Work when writing in their Notebooks. Quality Work means having a border, illustrations of what they are writing about, and detailed entries. This week I’m only asking the students to write two entries.
This will allow them to focus on the “Quality” of the work.
Starting next Monday, the students will be expected to write a letter about a book they have read every other week.
The students are working diligently trying to complete their stories. The students are anxious to share the stories with family and friends.
Today I will send a Letter about the Math Unit-Coins, Coupons, and Combinations we are beginning. It will tell you the Unit Learning Goals and a set of Home Activities.
