On Monday I read Tomie da Paola’s The Cloud Book, which launched our study into learning how to identify the different types of clouds. Today the children will bring home a chart in which they will identify, describe, and illustrate the type of clouds seen in they sky. Make it a Family Affair!
Tornadoes are next in our study of Weather. In order to learn how a tornado forms the children will recreate one in a bottle. We will need 13 16 oz. plastic bottles. Can you help us?
The children are working diligently during Writing Workshop. They are revising, typing, and illustrating a story that will be shared with friends and families before the school year ends.
More on this special event next week!
Thank you for your continued support!
