This week I sent home a letter describing the Homework Routine for each day of the week. I have added a practice activity for the High Frequency Words. In addition, I have included a Spelling Activities Checklist that you have to check off to indicate completion of each activity. You will sign and return it on Friday.
The children have learned that a neighborhood is place where people live, work and play. This week we will plan our own neighborhood! The children will decide where the residential and businesses will be located. Also, we will name the streets in our community. We are hoping to have it ready for viewing by Monday afternoon. The children have done an amazing job making their homes and businesses! Thank you for helping them on this project.
The Lucky Book Order is due Friday, January 20th.
