We thank Carl and the BTA, for their continued support. ]]> On Friday, April 10, 2009 our 5th grade students finished their two week bicycle safety class with a ride through the Springwater Corridor on a trip to Sellwood Middle School. The class was lead by Carl Larson of the Bicycle Transportation Alliance. Carl also has lead pedestrian safety classes for our second and third grade students. Below is a short interview with Carl. These trips provide our students with an opportunity to visit the campus and work with Reed students and staff. This past week students in grades K, 3, 4 and 5, visited the gallery. In addition our 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students visited the Reed College Canyon and released salmon they had been raising in their classroom as part of our Reed College Biology Outreach Program. We greatly appreciate the support that Reed provides.]]>
