5th Grade Trip to Reed College

On Tuesday, March 16, 2010 our 5th grade students had the opportunity to visit Reed College as part of our participation in the Reed College Biology Outreach Program. Students from Mrs. Gould and Ms. Jen’s classroom had an opportunity observe wildlife that lives in the Reed Canyon and then had an opportunity to work in one of Reed’s biology labs. We would like to thank Reed for providing this trip to our students. We greatly appreciate our participation in the Reed College Biology Outreach Program and thank them for their work with our students.

On Friday, students in 4th and 5th grade worked in the technology lab creating short animation projects around the theme of the Dr. King holiday and or the Inauguration of President Elect Barack Obama.
